Australia Calls on China To Do More Against North Korean Nuclear Threat

Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop urged China to do more to help curb the threat of North Korea’s nuclear and missile programs on Thursday, according to Reuters. North Korea has previously warned Australia that it could be the target of a future strike, and test-launched its first intercontinental ballistic missile earlier this month, with experts now saying that Alaska is in the range of the missiles for the first time. “China is North Korea’s major financial backer.
